As an out of network provider, Dr. Fidler is able to spend as much time as needed with each patient and perform all services necessary. The office will accept your out-of-network benefits on assignment after deductibles have been met. The office will submit all necessary paperwork for you. Non-insurance patients can pay by cash, credit card, check, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal.
